While I was cutting up some tuna for dinner tonight I saved the smaller pieces for some lunch.  It’s yellowfin tuna poke.  This has to one of favorite things to eat in the world.  I made it a bunch of times before but I always mix up the sauce.  Today it was a little bit of honey, soy sauce, mirin, rice wine vinegar, chipotle adobo and lemon juice.  Tossed it with the chopped tuna and some avocado.  Some tortilla chips and some crispy fried onions = yes please!
