President’s Day equals no school or work, so with the extra family time we took a drive up to NE Philly for some Charlie’s pizza. My parents took me there back in the day, and it was time to take my daughter. Great pizza! I didn’t think so back then, so my parents would let me grab an egg roll next door at the Great Wall of China. Wouldn’t you know it, my daughter didn’t like the pizza and the Great Wall is out of business. Oh well. The funny thing about Charlie’s is it hasn’t changed a bit since the last time I ate there; I’m not sure that’s a good thing.
